  • I follow the Code of Ethics outlined by my regulatory college. This includes upholding values of integrity, respect, confidentiality, and professional responsibility in all aspects of practice.

  • In Ontario, most insurance plans cover counselling and/or therapy provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs), so it's generally advisable to check with your insurance provider or HR department to confirm coverage details. 

  • The cost of ongoing 50-min Individual Counselling or Parent Support/System Navigation Session is $190.

    Initial appointments are $205 due to admin tasks associated with starting a new file.

    If applicable, check with your insurance what you have covered, and please reach out if you need help navigating the costs of counselling.

    If you feel you would benefit from these services but are not in a financial position to pay the full fee, please contact Rachel to access counselling on a sliding scale model. Please note that accessing a discounted rate is not guaranteed and is dependent on availability.
