Meet Rachel
Hey! Before we can actually meet, I thought I’d tell you about me — keep scrolling for information on my education and 15+ years of work experience in Toronto!
My work is person-centered. Connection is one of life’s simple joys that I don’t take for granted: whether it’s learning from a colleague, partnering with a client, or overhearing a conversation I listen to on a podcast, I know that healthy connection is central to our social, emotional and mental health.
My work is solution-focused. I like to identify and celebrate small and big wins. Sometimes the best we have to give is actually very little, but it is worthy of investigation, honour, and practice.
I work from a strengths-based model of counselling because I believe (and have witnessed!) that people have more capacity, courage, and creativity than they know. Our work is often a walk along an edge between their abilities and their challenges.
I hope you can tell that I am delighted by the privilege of supporting people. When you’re ready, get started by completing a Contact Form. I look forward to hearing from you!
